As part of a series of parties held around the globe, we’re getting together to launch this major update to a powerful software platform that has been crafted by volunteers over the past five years. Open source, free and built by passionate experts, Drupal 8 includes more than 200 new features and improvements. We think that deserves a celebration, and we’d love for you to join us.

This wonderful venue is so quintessentially Melbourne, in the heart of Fitzroy in a Victorian-era building that’s now a gastro-pub. With an extensive beer list and cocktail selection, we know we’ll be well looked-after.
When
November 20th, at 7pm, until late
Drupal 8 is launching officially around the world on November 19th, so we’ll be in sync with the Northern hemisphere celebrations, and free to party on into the weekend.
What
Good times!
We’ll do a quick speech at some point in the night, but in general we’ll be eating, drinking, chatting and high fiving. No technical talks, no slides, and no lanyards - this is all about the good times.
